BLACKBURN HYBRID MINI PUMP. The Blackburn Hybrid MINI-Pump gives the rider the best of both worlds: the stroke volume of a floor pump with the portability of a MINI-pump. The pivoting footpeg stabilizes the pump while in use, and the reversible pump head works with both Schrader or Presta valves. The Gauge makes it easy to read when you've reached the perfect pressure for your tires. A frame mounting bracket and inflation accessories are included.
