Our Delivery Policy


  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Small Appliances we aim to despatch within 24 hours
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier, Freight forward company or by our Internal delivery guys
  • Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
  • Despatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 working days if your item is in stock. All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified. Website orders outside of our Van Dyks Free Delivery Area are sent via couriers and there can be delays outside of Van Dyks control.
  • Pick Up: Products can be picked up from our Putaruru Mega Store.
  • Stock levels: Due to increased demand and supplier delays website items may not always be in stock. We endeavor to let you know as soon as possible if your order is affected and apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Call our appliance team on 07-883-7309 during open hours if you wish to check stock level before purchase.


All website orders and deliveries are door to door and do not include installation


Returns Policy


We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
