XCELL Folding 4 Bike Rack - Made for all sizes of towball and made for all types of bikes. The Xcell 4 Bike folding bike rack comes complete with 8 bungy straps and 1 webbing strap to secure up to 4 bikes in place. Easily folds out of harms way on you car or in your garage.
