Set in Tauranga’s Northern Quarter on The Strand, this fit-out sits within a landmark waterfront development designed around natural light, connectivity, and modern, flexible workspaces. The building offers 5,500m² of office and hospitality space and has been positioned as a new benchmark for contemporary workplaces in the CBD.
The Northern Quarter working towards achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating — New Zealand’s highest benchmark for sustainable design and construction.
For this project, Van Dyks Flooring Xtra Commercial supplied and installed a mix of carpet tiles, timber planking, and resilient vinyl to support a professional, high-performing office environment.
First Mortgage Trust wanted a workspace that felt warm, natural and modern, while maintaining a strong sense of brand identity — using organic textures, a restrained palette, and timber elements to create a durable, inviting office clients and employees alike.
Installation was completed through September-October 2025.
