Van Dyks Flooring Xtra was proud to be involved in stage 1 of a series of upcoming projects at the Tamahere Country Club. We carried out flooring installation throughout the new Care Facility, which is apart of the premium lifestyle village, a short distance from Hamilton.
Contracted through the Sanderson Group, our team worked on this project from October 2024 through to May 2025. The project required a combination of high-performance and aesthetically refined flooring solutions to match the standard of this high-end facility.
Each product was selected for its durability, safety, and comfort—tailored to suit the specific needs of each area, from resident rooms to open shared spaces, recreational rooms, hallways and other common areas.
Products supplier and where they were installed:
• Belgotex Delta Carpet – bedrooms
• Belgotex Westminster Carpet – used in common areas - corridors, lounges, and offices.
• Mannington Half Time Carpet – Featured in a lounge area to provide a stylish and practical flooring solution.
• Mipolam Affinity Vinyl – used in the laundry room.
• Tarkett Safetred Universal Vinyl – Used in the commercial kitchen for slip-resistance and safety compliance.
• Traffic 250 Vinyl – Installed in the hairdressing salon for easy maintenance and wood-like look.
• Pergo Sensation Laminate – Used in kitchen areas.
