Floor coverings are sold in different widths. Carpets are sold in broadloom metres (3.66m) and occasionally 4m. Square metre pricing is shown to help compare the costs of carpet with other flooring products. Minimum floor covering purchase is one lineal metre.
Cutting and freight fees may apply. Pricing is for the product only unless otherwise stated. Offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. If you have a current quote from another flooring retailer, bring it in and see if we can beat it. Competitor quotes will be assessed on a like-for-like basis, taking into account the flooring product, quantity, underlay, installation, preparation and any other products, services or charges included in the quoted price. Where the exact same flooring product is not available from Van Dyks Flooring Xtra, the comparison will be based on the closest comparable product available, taking into account product type, quality and specification. While we can’t promise to beat every quote, we will endeavour to provide competitive pricing based on the customer’s requirements and specifications.
Advertised offers are valid from 1 October to 30 November 2026 at participating Van Dyks Flooring Xtra stores, while stocks last.
Advertised installed pricing includes the supply of the selected flooring product and standard installation. Where applicable, advertised carpet pricing includes 10mm 90kg Sleepyhead underlay, and advertised laminate pricing includes Hush acoustic underlay.
Advertised installed pricing excludes floor preparation, uplift and disposal of existing floor coverings, furniture removal, travel, bars/trims and undercutting. Additional costs may apply where extra preparation, materials, labour or non-standard installation is required.
All installations are subject to a site measure and assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed by Van Dyks Flooring Xtra once the installation requirements have been established.
